- You have rights to the character. This means you can use them in any personal project, art, RPG, tabletop game, or story you’d like!
 

- I retain rights to the art. This means you cannot profit off of the use of this art piece. (example: using it as a mascot or face of a commercial project, logo, or including this art piece in a larger project or resource pack with intent to sell.
 

- This art cannot be used by the buyer to train “AI” Image Generation models, or turned into NFTs. 

 
- If you wish to include this character in anything you intend to profit from, please create or commission artwork specifically for this purpose, or contact me for a commercial image license.

- You may use this character art in a streamed/public tabletop RPG, as long as the art is properly credited. Please feel free to share the credited artwork within your own galleries/social media/etc.
 
- You may not claim the art as your own, or duplicate/edit the art with intent to sell the results as your own.

- You may make any changes to the design you see fit. For example (but not limited to): changing things like colors, gender, clothing, body shape, or adding things like scars/tattoos/piercings.

- You may gift, trade, or resell this character if you no longer want them, but I would ask that the sale price be no higher than what you originally paid for it. The exception to this is if you have drawn or commissioned additional artwork of them - you may add the value of those art pieces to the sale price should you choose to sell them.
